 People are so brainwashed that if the President came out and said that "I am going to stop all wars around the world, most people will believe him." Then when 8 years goes by and the wars increase not decrease, people will know that this President did not do what he claimed.  Then another President comes along and says the same thing. Again, most people would say "OK" and believe it. It looks to me that we are on our way to making this myth into reality. But let people see UFOs and ETs and ask questions.  The President would say that it was something else not ET and people would say, "OK" and believe it. People in the United States are trained to believe whatever their leaders tell them is the truth.  

That is how Government Brainwashing works. Roswell, Kecksburg, Pa., and other UFO (USO) cover up incidents  around the world, people get excited, asking questions. Our government officials say that it was nothing and the people say "OK" and go away.

I know that ET is here just like Paul Hellyer. But we separate with the idea that ET is here to help us. We have to many types of ETs on Earth to make such a statement.  They all have objectives for being here.  When ET abducts people against their will, I would say that they are not here to wish people a Happy Birthday.

Paul believes that all we have to do is ask ET for intergalactic  travel technology. He should know why they would not. Did Great Britain and France give the Africans and Native Americans their best Ocean Ship? No because the Africans and Native Americans may challenge them in trade and military conquest.
