Marine Corps Fighter Pilot Bill Uhouse served 10 years. After that, he served four years with the US Air Force at Wright-Patterson AFB as a civilian doing flight testing of exotic experimental aircraft. In the next 30 years, he worked for defense contractors as an engineer of anti-gravity propulsion systems and on flight simulators for exotic aircraft. Bill also worked on actual flying discs.
He testifies that the first disc they tested was a re-engineered ET craft that crashed in Kingman, Arizona in 1958. He further testifies that the ET’s presented a craft to the US government; this craft was taken to Area 51, which was just being constructed at the time, and the four ET’s that accompanied the craft were taken to Los Alamos.

Bill Uhouse actually met several times with an ET that helped the physicists and engineers with the engineering of these crafts. Mr. Uhouse’s specialty was the instruments on the flight deck. Bill understood the gravitational field and what it took to get people trained to experience anti-gravity. He claims that the US built at least 2 or 3 dozen advance craft from alien technology.
His secret documentation concerning speaking about alien technology expired in the year 2003.

Don Phillips was a member of
the Air Force stationed at Las Vegas Air Force Base when UFOs were seen moving
at a great speed near Mt. Charleston, northwest of Las Vegas. Since he is a pilot
and worked on advance high performance air craft, he knew that they were not
crafts controlled by humans.
Don worked with Kelly Johnson
at the Lockheed Skunkworks on the design and construction of the U2 and SR71
Blackbird. He claims that the Blackbird technology is an off shoot of
extraterrestrial technology. In the

technology such as computer chips, laser technology, light vision technology,
and bulletproof vest technology.

Mr. Phillips reports that in
the 1950s and 1960s, NATO researched the origins of 12 ET races and reported
their findings to many leaders in various nations. He explains that the reason why the government
does not work with the media on telling the public that ET is here among us is
that the media sensationalize events to the point where situations can become uncontrollable.
In my opinion, the reason why
many technologies such as travel by magnetic engines that use not fuel cannot
be put into mass production is because such radical inventions would destroy
the use of old technologies. Such destruction all at one time could cause a
very deep and long world depression. When I was a teenager, technology changed
once every 10 years. Today, technology changes once every 4 years. It changes so quickly that workers cannot keep
up with it causing mass unemployment in vital technical industries. If you
allow alien technology to run free in society, this could cause massive unemployment
and massive business failures.
Before we get into the aliens meeting with President Eisenhower, it would be best if I give you a lesson on how politics in government works. This way you can get a better understanding of how the government was able to keep alien activity from the people, how the government was able to keep alien activity from the President, and how the President was finally able to create a treaty between this group of aliens and the US Government.
Elected Government Employees
When you vote for a candidate, you usually vote in your interest. That interest can very looking at such things as: how the candidate looks, the issues the candidate raises, or who the candidate is allied with. What you don’t know is that the candidate follows policies that usually is already outline for that person. This is why candidates usually do not keep campaign promises. They are hired by the people to do the business of the people. They are not hired to do what the people tell them to do. Who is the boss in government? It is a coalition of big business, the military, and big banking. They set domestic and foreign policies. They are the people who give America direction.
Control of the People
In order to run the country, these people who actually run the country must control the people. This is why we have local municipalities, counties, 50 states and a number of territories, along with a Federal Government. Higher than that, we have the United Nations, North American Trade (NAFTA), and many other groups. These are just some of the public organizations that we have that control American society and everyone in it. Most people follow what they say. When people follow orders, everyone is happy. The independent news media (that is not so independent) gets information from these governments and organizations. The media will tell you almost word for word written by the government bureaucracy through TV, radio, newspaper, and internet what they want you to believe. This is how you form your opinions. But you have people like me and others who start talking about things that these leaders don’t want you to know. The shadow government looks for these leaders and will silence them. For example with the situations with Malcolm X and Dr. Martin Luther King, they ended up killing them.
It does not have to be a federal issue like alien activity for the leaders to go after you. It can be problems in a small capital city like Harrisburg, Pa. Let me give you an example. The local and state leaders had Mayor Steven R. Reed in Office as Mayor for 26 years. They told him what to do and they protected him from criminal and civil legal matters. He controlled City Council, the City Treasury, and all civic groups in Harrisburg including the NAACP. He was a dictator and nothing happened in the City unless he gave his approval. But slowly, people started getting upset with his control. Since he controlled the media, nothing was broadcast to the people without his approval. So anything negative about his administration was never told to the people. As the internet became available to people and independent bloggers and news people started taking advantage of this new media, information started flowing from independent bloggers to the people about what was happening in the City. Negative information about the Reed Administration was broadcasted and sent to any house with a computer and to every house with a street address. This caused a surprised end to the Reed Administration.
In my opinion, this Mayor was one of the most worst City managers that I ever came across. After looking back on this, I can see the same thing in other towns and Cities across the United States. This mismanagement had to be by design and so was the mis-reporting to the people. Where did all the money go for failed City projects? It went to banks and investors. In most situations, no one was convicted of anything even in situation where it was outright fraud like in Harrisburg, Pa. You would think that once the new Mayor Linda Thompson took over, the situation would change. Not really! If the City would have declare bankruptcy and then move on, the City would have had a good chance of recovering. No, the City sold off the profitable parking garages and City parking prices went up under Mayor Linda Thompson, the first new Mayor. The second new Mayor Eric Papenfuse (second after Reed) promised more of a business-like approach to government. Now the media is telling Mayor Eric Papenfuse story that the City is getting back on its feet when in fact they just kick the can down the road. But in reality, business, the lawyers, and banks just got more money out of it all. In the case of aliens, the shadow government run behind the politicians get the money and the technology. They operate in secret away from public eyes. Just like in Harrisburg, the media talks about everything else except what is really going on.
Get the People Under Control
The people behind the seens that you never hear about must get the people under control. In Harrisburg, the shadow government got surprised and did not know the people who caused this change in personnel. They had visions of an over through and a big threat to their power structure. They had to find out what was going on and to isolate and discreated the people leading this revolution. This is when they called the police for help. Keep in mind, the police agencies (FBI, NSA, and other authorities) are able and willing to spy on you, the public, using anything including GPS with a transmitter attached to your car.
Before Mayor Reed was defeated, I gave the FBI information showing that the Reed Administration was (to put it mildly) giving misleading information on the City balance and income statements. Nothing was ever done. Then they called me one morning before I went to work and asked to meet with me at lunch to discuss the situation at the City. Mayor Reed was no longer in office and Mayor Linda Thompson was just starting her term. When I got to work, I wrote my manager a memo explaining how the FBI called me that morning requesting to meet me at lunch. My manager sent my memo up the chain of command. Someone called the FBI. When I met the FBI at lunch they were “Hopping mad” because I told my employer that they were meeting with me. They read me my rights and walked out. So much for wanting to discuss the situation in the City of Harrisburg. By the way, they did tell me that they were not going to investigate the Reed Administration so why meet with me?
I decided to go home one day for lunch. I was in the house for about a minute when the phone rang. I thought it was a wrong number since the call was coming from a state prison in Georgia. Since they kept calling, I picked it up to tell the person that it was the wrong number. The person tried to convince me that I was a long lost relative on the Williams side of the family. Since they could not prove that, she switched it to being a relative of Mayor Linda Thompson. She wanted Linda Thompson's personal phone number. I said since you are a relative, just call one of your relative to get it. She said that she was not speaking to any of them. I said well I can’t help you. Then she wanted to be my girlfriend and call me from time to time. I said no thank you and hung up. She called many times after that while I was at home alone but knowing the number, I never answered again.
Now why call me from a State Prison? In Pennsylvania as long as one person knows that the phone call is recorded, it is legal. All State Prison phone calls are recorded. So have this girl ask me questions and it is automatically given to the police to make who know what out of it. The objective was to discredit me and probably Mayor Linda Thompson. We would be put on the news as bad people and most of the area would believe what they see on the news. This is why people don't believe aliens are real and living among us. For decades the shadow government has used the people as well as the media to discredit these witnesses and workers that know about true alien activity. Here is why people don't believe that people outside of the family of man are here.
Federal Employees on a Cosmos Level
Cosmos (highest level of government secrecy) employees have to sign documents stating that what they see and hear can’t be discuss with anyone not authorized to know about it. This is how the government keeps secrets such as alien crafts, SR71, and the U2 Spy Planes. If they find out that you talk too much, they will threaten you, your family, your friends, and if need be fire you or kill you. Who are you going to go to, the police? The people who worked with alien and alien technology are old and is starting to die off. Knowing about people who are not part of the family of man and not being able to talk about it is a big burden to carry. Just seeing these people is a very emotional event. Now they are talking because they are about to die, their contract has run out with the government, and the government can’t do anything to hurt them.

You have watched all parts 1 thru 6. You see that congress has gotten involved in the so called search for aliens. All parts suggest that the world governments including the US, have been going to other planets in secret. It appears that the world leaders are trying to create an exceptable story about the discovery of alien life. They want their story to suggest that they just recently landed here in the near future.
The idea is to get the public aware and use to the idea that aliens exist and they are here among us. They will want us to think that they are friendly and that somehow we are superior to them. Most people will believe the government story because most think that the government will never lie to us or put us in any danger.
In 1952, they already came and said hello. They over flew Washington DC for a month. The picture above was taken by the Washington Post Newspaper. Since the government told the people that it was not real, the people forgot about it and went on to something else to talk about.
The government put in place a program to discredit anyone who talked about the aliens on Earth. They branded anyone who talked about this subject crazy or someone who is committing a hoax. People who knew something about aliens being on Earth got the message.
If the aliens are here and walking among us then why would scientist go before congress to ask for funds to find out where aliens live and plan the first steps to contact them? This is easily explained. The answer is in how we all react to something new or unusual. Let me give you how I react and ask yourself if you would or have done the same.
December, 2010, I was shopping with my girlfriend and she pointed out to me some very skinny woman that looked very strange. I looked and found that not only did she look strange but she looked like no other person that I encountered on this planet. I had a pissing/looking contest for about 15 seconds with her then she started trying to intimidate me. It worked and I ran to the back of the store. Why, because my primal fear took over and I went into defensive mode. The alien must know how the average human reacts because she knew what to do in my case.
I was doing something that I hate recently, Christmas Shopping, out with all the other idiots shopping for people who don’t want or need anything. We do this because that is what we are told to do by TV, Radio, and by our friends. But that is another story for another time. I stood in line and because I had nothing better to do, I started watching the sales cashier in the next isle. He was a short Black man with Cerebral palsy (CP).
Cerebral palsy (CP) is an umbrella term denoting a group of non-progressive, non-contagiousmotor conditions that cause physical disability in human development, chiefly in the various areas of body movement. Scientific consensus still holds that CP is neither genetic nor a disease, and it is also understood that the vast majority of cases are congenital, coming at or about the time of birth, and/or are diagnosed at a very young age rather than during adolescence or adulthood. It can be defined as a central motor dysfunction affecting muscle tone, posture and movement resulting from a permanent, non-progressive defect or lesion of the immature brain.
His line was short while everyone else’s line was long. I would have moved over to his line but I was already next in line with my cashier. In my opinion, the reason why his line had only 3 people in it while everyone else had 10 or more was because of the way he moved and talked. Add the fact that he is Black and you have a great many people with primal fear coming to the forefront of each shopper. As a result, they went to other lines making them longer and inconveniencing themselves.
Here is why the US Government cannot tell its citizens that aliens are here and living among us. President Putin of Russia told the media that aliens are on Earth and they live among us. President Putin of Russia was asked how many aliens are here. Putin answered in English, “I cannot tell you because I don’t want to cause a mass panic!” I am sure the world elite said to themselves, “You idiot! Why say anything at all?” Here is why you did not see this blasted all over the 6:00 News and the Morning Shows. The main established media which is controlled by the elite did not play Putin’s words on international TV.
It is safer to have organizations like NASA find aliens on their own planet then tell us about it. That way it would be less threatening to us and we as humans would have time to digest such radical information. Then in several decades, they can tell us that the United Nations or some other trusted organization started a human/alien exchange program design to exchange knowledge and ideas.
But in reality, in secret, this exchange has been going on since the 1960s.

Citizens are in Denial!
After talking to
many people around the country, I am still surprised at how many people are in
denial that aliens are here and living among us. The government uses the education
system to brainwash its citizens to believe and do whatever it wants. Here is a

Religion – The bible
does not say directly that other people are here living outside of the planet
Earth. People dismiss that most of the Old Testament and many parts of the New
Testament talks about alien activity but never come out and say that the bible
is talking about aliens. God believes that man is the ruler of this planet.
Ego – The most
powerful nation in the world is the United States. We have the best technology
with the brightest minds. No one can beat us so aliens do not exist.
Arrogance – If the
aliens are here, how come we have not heard about them before now?
