I am going to attempt to explain to you why in the 1970s,
Alien activity became very active around the world and physical evidence of
their presents became known to the scientific community at that time. First let
me explain that you live in a Multidimensional World and what the Kardashev
Scale means to you.
This is an alien planet many light years away.
The Multidimensional World
Many people know of three dimensions that they were exposed
to in public school; height, length, and width.
People think we live in a three dimensional world but we don't. We live in a multidimensional world. We could have as many as 11 different dimensions.
The fourth dimension is time. That became obvious when NASA
put in space telescopes that could see back in time. We should eventually see evidence
of alien civilizations centuries back in the past.
The Space
Telescope Science Institute (STScI) is the science operations center
for the Hubble Space Telescope (HST; in orbit since
1990) and for the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST;
scheduled to be launched in 2018). STScI is located on the Johns Hopkins University Homewood
campus in Baltimore,
Maryland and was established in 1981 as a community-based science center that
is operated for NASA
by the Association of
Universities for Research in Astronomy (AURA). Today, in addition to
performing continuing science operations of HST and preparing for scientific
exploration with JWST, STScI manages and operates the Mikulski Archive for Space Telescopes (MAST),
the Data Management Center for the Kepler
mission and a number of other activities benefiting from its expertise in
and infrastructure for supporting the operations of space-based astronomical
observatories. Most of the funding for STScI activities comes from contracts
with NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center but there
are smaller activities funded by NASA's Ames Research Center, NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and the European Space Agency (ESA). The staff at
STScI consists of scientists (mostly astronomers and astrophysicists), software
engineers, data management and telescope operations personnel, education and
public outreach experts, and administrative and business support personnel.
There are approximately 100 Ph.D. scientists working at STScI, 15 of which are
ESA staff who are on assignment to the HST project. The total STScI staff
consists of about 450 people.
Using such equipment, people on Earth can see what is
happening in the Bernard star system 8 light years ago when light was created by that
star and finally reached Earth. If we have such equipment what kind of
equipment do you think Aliens have watching the Earth's Solar System?
The Kardashev Scale

This is the Kardashev Scale that is design to measure a civilization's
level of technological
advancement, based on the amount of energy a
civilization is able to utilize. We live in a Type 0 civilization. It extracts
its energy, information, raw-materials from crude organic-based sources (i.e.
food/wood/fossil fuel/books/oral
tradition); pressures via natural
disaster, selection, and societal
collapse creates extreme (99.9%) risk of extinction; it's capable of orbital spaceflight; in fiction, societies that
fail to improve social, environmental
and medical understanding concurrently with other
advancements, frequently accelerated their own extinction.
If I were to show
my Great Grandparents this computer, a submarine, and a space ship, their
reaction would be of fear and disbelief. I am sure if your Great Grandchildren would
show you their everyday world you would have the same reaction. People tend to
believe that the world revolves around what they see, hear, and feel. Few believe that civilizations on other
planets were here before the Earth was formed and new civilization come on line
all the time. I am sure someplace in the Universe, people still live in caves and fish using spears. Yet others move around the universe using dimensional travel.
These civilization
range from stone age people to my God Jehovah, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. God is in the Type 10 part of the Kardashev
Scale.
What does all
this mean?
I am tell you all
this to explain why Aliens became very active on Earth in the 1970s. In 1945,
the US exploded three atomic bombs, blowing up two Japanese Cities. These
explosions were probably monitored by Alien civilizations in other parts of the
Milky Way Galaxy. They also found that our technology increased in Rocketry and
Radar. Then we started moving out into space.
The Nazis V-1 Missile that terrorized Great Britain and Europe in WW II.
Any civilization
would have to calculate the threat to themselves. So they sent manned and
unmanned spy platforms or probes to this planet. Depending
on the "Type of Civilization" and the distance away from Earth, the majority of
these civilizations could have had a reaction time of 25 years to get a probe
here to investigate. This is why these
probes started showing up around the world in increasing number in the 1970s.
Nuclear Bomb Test
By the way, the
Russians set off the largest Hydrogen Bomb test . Tsar Bomba (Russian:
Царь-бомба; "Tsar Bomb",
"Emperor Bomb", Tsar being derived from Caesar) is the nickname for
the AN602 hydrogen bomb, the most powerful nuclear
weapon ever detonated. Its October 30, 1961 test remains the most powerful
artificial explosion in human history. It was also referred to as Kuz'kina
Mat' (Russian: Кузькина мать, Kuzka's
mother),[1]
referring to Nikita Khrushchev's promise to show the United
States a "Kuz'kina Mat'" at the 1960 United Nations General
Assembly. Developed by the Soviet Union, the bomb had the yield of 50 to 58 megatons
of TNT (210 to 240 PJ). Only one bomb of this type was ever officially built and
it was tested on October 30, 1961, in the Novaya
Zemlya archipelago, at Sukhoy Nos.
The Comprehensive
Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT) is a multilateral treaty by which states agree to
ban all nuclear explosions in all environments, for military
or civilian purposes. It was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on
September 10, 1996 but it has not entered into force due to the non-ratification
of eight specific states. It does not take a lot of brain power to figure out
that this has more to do with Alien intervention in the politics of the major
world nations here on Earth than the world public fear of nuclear weapons.
