Looking back on my time living in Pittsburgh in 1971, I was on a date, trying to get into some girls pants who was older than me. I was not successful and I took her home at 1:00 AM on Tuesday morning from Crafton. I saw this highway that I never came across since I was a small child. I decided to go down the hill and drive east to the Ohio River, turn right on East Carson Street and go home. I thought it would be shorter.

 Now if I never drove on that road before, why would I have these thoughts? This should have been my first clue that I was being influenced by something other than me.  But keep in mind, I was only 20 years old, so my reasoning was not that good. I could not question myself.  No, I was not drinking or smoking anything. I never took drugs.

I drove down that highway for 10 minutes knowing the river should have been only 10 minutes away. It was not, so I turned around in that small road between the North/South lanes and returned back where I started and went home. The trip was only a total of 20 minutes, at least that is what my watch said. I watched a full moon that may have looked weird but it was the moon. Cars went in the opposite direction so that did not cause alarms. Everything looked normal and I went home.

The next Saturday afternoon, I went back to Crafton to find out where the road would take me. Then I found out, the road went 20 feet into a dead end. There was no highway. But everything else including the projects was there. To this day, I don't know what happened.

In my Opinion, my mind was programmed to do what I was told to see and think a certain way for some one's benefit.
