The Galactic and Andromeda Governments

The Universe is a very large place with many groups and species of people in it. That is why the Universe need law and order.

I received a message from one of my readers, asking me why our government is keeping this information from us. The reason is simple.

They do this for many reasons;

1. Aliens have been around using modern technology for a long time before we started using fire. The things that they have today is "light years" ahead of what we have. Our enemies read the same things we read and listen to the same broadcasts.Telling us about it is like telling our enemies who we are trying to defend against or how we are trying to defeat and take over, what we have.

2. If you knew that your next door neighbor was from another planet, would that make you feel a little uncomfortable? For many people it will and could cause a panic. Most of you can't stand having someone of another race living next door to you let alone someone of another species. That problem is something that governments cannot control, just like the riots and demonstrations going on today. White police shoot Black men. Muslims blowing up every one. Think about this with specie hatefulness added into the mix.

3. If they are technologically superior to us then how could governments tell people that they can defend against them? Why wouldn't business by pass the government and work directly with the aliens? That is just like when the Europeans came to America and by passed the Natives Governments and started working with individual natives. That destabilized many Native governments and caused many to collapse. Then the US Government came in and removed the Natives.

Why the aliens want to keep us separate from them is for many reasons,

1. Alien groups cannot just take us and use our body parts for chattel purposes. If they were able to do that, the human race on Earth would be in serious trouble.

2, With the development of nuclear weapons, the humans are dangerous since many other alien species live here on Earth. The Prime Directive had to be modified to lead the humans into deescalate of the use of nuclear weapons.

3. A long program had to be developed for humans and aliens, creating a program to bring alone humans in all technologies in the interest of the Universe.

This is why our government wants to keep working with aliens, secret. That way they can control the distribution of technology, who gets to develop it, and why. The rich and powerful will not loose control of the people and the money.

Why the States and Federal Government Keep Track of Me

Many people in the world know technical secrets that most of the world knows nothing about. I have written 2 financial books, several Computer Base Training periodicals read by the Computer Base Training Technicians around the country, and I wrote hundreds of blogs read around the world by over 214,748 hits. To the national and world leadership such people can change opinions for or against what the leadership would like to see.

The leadership and others find out and then become afraid of these people. That is when the police step in and keep track of these special communication people. They do not want them to tell others what they know. These people become a threat in one way or another to national security. Here is why just a month ago and again a week before that, the police stopped me and ask me all kinds of questions about my personal life. I was never given a ticket or charged for anything. This gives the government an excuse to contact such people and can keep tags on these targeted people.

This is why the FBI tried to recruit me to become a non-paid informant in Harrisburg Pa. Just like Putin tried to get Donald Trump to become his US informant recently.

Here are examples of what I have done in the past that changed the path of parts if not most of this country. I created a computer program in the late 1970s that allowed paper from Savings Banks, Savings and Loans, and other financial institutional currency and convert the currency into assets in Commercial Bank Accounts. I did this for Pittsburgh National Bank (PNC Today). They are still selling this product and making Billions of dollars from it. Computer Assembler/Programming and DNA is very similar so moving from one study to another was very easy.

In the 1960s at West Mifflin North High School, I came up with an idea in 11th grade that took DNA from a one cell animal. My Biology Teacher Mr. Marisco took his own personal time and scheduled a meeting with Pittsburgh University Professors. Mr. Marisco did not know what I was talking about at the time but he could see that the professors had no clue either. I lost interest in what I was doing. However Genentech proved what I was doing in 1976.

About 16 years ago, I notice how corrupt the City of Harrisburg had become. They operated within a Corrupt State System. I destroyed that corrupt political machine in that City. That pissed off many of the state powers to the point where they wanted to hurt me.

I learned how gravity works. Now I am going to tell you how it works. I taught my grandson how gravity worked and showed him how wrong the world's great scientist are wrong about gravity. He created a third grade science project and entered it in his school science fair.

Russian Leaders Says, Aliens Live Among Us!

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev may have some secret files on aliens. Medvedev talked about extraterrestrials living on earth during a television interview on Friday.

Medvedev said that he has two folders containing secret files about aliens that are currently walking among us. The Prime Minister said that he didn't want to give specifics about the size of the alien population because he didn't want to create a panic.

According to Whig.com, Russian television stations did not air the footage of Medvedev talking about aliens on earth but the footage did leak on the internet. According to the Telegraph, Medvedev said: "Along with the briefcase with nuclear codes, the president of the country is given a special 'top secret' folder. This folder in its entirety contains information about aliens who visited our planet.

Along with this, you are given a report of the absolutely secret special service that exercises control over aliens on the territory of our country ...

More detailed information on this topic you can get from a well-known movie called 'Men In Black' ... "I will not tell you how many of them are among us because it may cause panic." The Russian Prime Minister was probably making a joke about the secret files on aliens but it has created a bit of a stir among conspiracy theorists.
