Nigel Watson, author of Haynes UFO Investigations Manual believes that these pictures are part of a government misinformation campaign. Watson claims this screenshot of a UFO video by Arturo Robles Gil filmed in Mexico really shows a deflated Mylar balloon

Watson believes that governments know that supposed UFOs can be used to control the minds of citizens, so the fact that Edward Snowden leaked these slides could be a big blow to the agencies that use the presentation to train spies.
‘Government agencies are still aware of the power of the belief in UFOs, and that they are willing to use the internet to exploit these beliefs,’ said Watson.

The policy of the United States Government is to deny the existence of ET here on Earth. The United States is one of the few countries still denying that ETs exist.  I have studies the politics of extraterrestrials from the Russian point of view and found some interesting information.

This is the interview where the Russian leader was talking about ET living in his country. Now look at what was reported by English Sky News. Sky News was cut off to change to a meaningless story that could have been reported later. The objective was to stop the story from being aired.

Recently the Prime Minister of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, had confirmed the +Alien reality, despite a television broadcast by Sky News, who attempted to make the knowledge public, being cut short for confirming the truth about aliens visitation on our planet.

Despite many recent +Ufo events and alien +Disclosure being confirmed in Russia recently, many people maintain the belief that Dmitry Medvedev was joking when he suggested that people watch "Men In Black" for more information regarding true alien events on planet Earth.

However, what many people didn't realize is that Medvedev was actually referring to the Russian UFO/alien documentary.

Medvedev had already previously confirmed the +Extraterrestrial reality on planet Earth when he had stated:

"Along with the briefcase with nuclear codes, the president of the country is given a special 'top secret' folder. This folder in its entirety contains information about aliens who visited our planet"

Dmitry Medvedev continued:

"Along with this, you are given a report of the absolutely secret special service that exercises control over aliens on the territory of our country ... More detailed information on this topic you can get from a well-known movie called 'Men In Black'"

Here is a man that is more dangerous than Edward Snowden but the British will not turn him over to the United States.  He stole evidence of Alien activity from United States Government files.  The British are our allies but they are not stupid. If this man can get into COSMOS super secret files, what else can he get into?
