We know about planets outside our solar system. You can assume that one out of 100 planets have life. From that, we can assume that out of the planets with life, one out of this 100 have life far more advanced than we are. Out of every 100 planets with more advanced life than Earth, one civilization routinely travels to Earth.

Keep in mind, just the Milky Way Galaxy alone may have as many as a trillion planets. The fact that people around the world are reporting seeing strange flying craft and some report seeing strange beings, these people are already here, exploring and living on our planet. These aliens seem to be alarmed at the military destructive power that humans have. They seem to fear the threat that these weapons have on their homes here on Earth.
