This is a short Story about the trip.

Part 3: Scientist Told Congress That They Believe in Aliens

Scientist told congress that it is likely that aliens exist from one cell animals to intelligent life.When dealing with congress, you are dealing with a political body. The organization in congress that held the hearings is the House Committee on Science, Space and Technology. This is a committee that is controlled by the Republican Party. This is happening at a time when the Democrats and Republicans are more interested in elections than they are in governing and moving the nation in a direction that is to the people's advantage. Below is a news article about what was accomplished in this committee hearings on aliens.

The likelihood of life on other planets is "very high," a planetary scientist told a House committee in a hearing some Democrats chided as evading U.S. issues.

"The chance that there's a planet like Earth out there with life on it is very high," Massachusetts Institute of Technology planetary science and physics Professor Sara Seager told the House Science Committee.

"The question is: Is there life near here, in our neighborhood of stars? We think the chances are good," she said, answering a question from Rep. Ralph Hall, R-Texas, who asked: "Do you think there's life out there, and are they studying us? And what do they think about New York City?"

Seager was one of three Ph.D.-credentialed witnesses prominent in a scientific field once considered speculative who testified at a hearing called "Astrobiology: The Search for Biosignatures in Our Solar System and Beyond."

A biosignature is a substance -- such as an element, molecule or even a phenomenon -- that provides scientific evidence of past or present life.

Seager studies gases on distant planets that might indicate life.

The others testifying were NASA astrobiologist Mary Voytek and science historian and astrobiologist Steven J. Dick of the Library of Congress.

Voytek and Dick also answered Hall's question.

"Whether they're looking at New York or some small town in Indiana, the diversity of life here and the way that we live our lives is phenomenal, and I think it goes all the way down from humans to microbes," Voytek said.

Dick said, "I think the guiding principle holds that what's happened here has happened elsewhere in our huge universe," the Washington Post reported.

The 90-minute hearing, called by committee Chairman Lamar Smith, R-Texas, brought praise and respect from Democrats in the room but partisan mockery from a Democratic campaign committee outside.

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, which works to elect Democrats to the House, said GOP lawmakers were holding a hearing on "space aliens" rather than tackling issues such as immigration reform or a minimum-wage increase.

"No wonder the American people think this Republican Congress is from another planet -- they're more interested in life in space than Americans' lives," committee spokeswoman Emily Bittner said in a statement.

"Saying this Republican Congress has misplaced priorities is an understatement of galactic proportions," she said.

Seager, whose scientific research has earned her a MacArthur Foundation "genius grant," told lawmakers scientists now had the capacity to make a breakthrough.

"This is the first time in human history we have the technological reach to cross the threshold," she said in remarks quoted by Britain's Guardian newspaper.

The next-generation James Webb Space Telescope, scheduled for launch in 2018, and other advances are changing the search for alien life forms, she told lawmakers.

"If life really is everywhere, we actually have a shot at it," she said.

The Hubble Space Telescope, carried into orbit by a U.S. space shuttle in 1990, recently detected water in the atmospheres of five planets outside the solar system, two published studies reported by NBC News Tuesday indicated.

The testifying scientists appealed to lawmakers for funding, including investment in space telescopes designed to detect biosignatures.

The latest White House budget calls for $17.7 billion for NASA, a slight decrease from 2012.

"I know that funding is tough, but it's the best thing that you can do," said Voytek in remarks quoted by the Guardian.

"You've pretty much indicated [the discovery of] life on other planets is inevitable," Rep. Bill Posey, R-Fla., told the panelists. "It's just a matter of time and funding."

Why are they letting the public know of this conversation now? Because this is part of the conditioning of the American people to know and except that;

There It Is! Area 51 Revealed In Declassified CIA Report

If you noticed in the Blue Planet Project Notes (the14 part study series that we just finished) it never mentioned UFOs at Area 51. That is because Area 51 is a TOP SECRET Base for CIA Aircraft and advanced weaponry for the military. As I said many times, UFOs are worked on at a place called “S4.” You don’t see anyone talking about “S4” or going to a mountain top to see what is going on here. You find few people talking about it. 

The CIA used disinformation about the Area 51 base such as UFO Sightings to cover up for such planes as the U2, SR71, the stealth fighter, or Bomber, and many more military secret plane projects. When someone started talking about Area 51 someone always started talking about UFOs and aliens. This is a cover for what they really do at Area 51. You can see this tactic in the ABC Good Morning America article.

So what is the point?

The point for Area 51 disclosure is that the mission of the base has changed. We have no need for fast recon planes anymore. We have unmanned craft for that. We have a 2 decade lead on other nations in stealth technology and we are developing other stealthy machines in other places around the country.  In the 1990s under Bill Clinton, a class action suit was brought by families of the people working at area 51. As a conclusion of the trial, the US Government had to admit that Area 51 exists.  So this breaking news is in fact, 20 years too late.  You can read about this environmental suit toward the end of the Wikipedia article below.

Despite what Wikipedia says”S4” is an independent base run separately from Area 51. Area 51 is Top Secret; Sector 4 (S4) is COSMOS which is much higher than the Area 51 security classification. It has not been declassified.

Alien education is different from our education. We have to learn what we are supposed to know. The Greys for example are given transplants with all the information that they need to know. Grey society is very structured. The word "Democracy" is not known to the Grey culture. You do what you are told. 

When transferring data from humans to Greys, it is done by means of technology. It is not a pleasant procedure.      

The author of these notes claim that the US Government is planning on staging an Alien landing to clear themselves of any wrong doing in the past 70 years. This is how they plan to disclose aliens to the American public. We will see what happens. I personally don't see this happening.

When I was 21years old, I was on a date on Tuesday evening. I was dating a girl in Crafton on the west end of Pittsburgh, Pa. I was not happy because I did not get any. At about 1:30 AM I took her home and started up the hill on the main street in Crafton, to the left was the Crafton Projects but I saw a new highway lit up going toward the Ohio River. I turned down a side street to get onto this highway that I never seen before. I just knew if I got on this highway, in 5 minutes I could get off at the river, turn right, go up the river and onto the Parkway and home. I thought, this should cut off at least 10 minutes on my trip.

I got on the road and drove. About 10 minutes later, I thought that I should have seen the Ohio river by now. To the left of me in the sky was a full moon. But come to think of it, it sure looked funny. I found a place to turn around and 10 minutes later I was back in Crafton, up the hill going home.

That next Saturday morning, I got up and drove back to Crafton because I wanted to see where that road went. That is when I found out that there was no road. What I turned into off the main street in Crafton was a dead end. So where was I for 20 minutes on this road? To this day, I still can’t figure it out. Could it be that I was being examined by aliens?

I still remember December 11, 2010 when I saw my first alien face to face. I was not happy to see the alien and the alien was not happy to realize that I knew they were not human. The alien just did not belong. 

After seeing them, I knew that they are really here. I do not have to wonder if they are real or not. I bet the alien knows that the average person on the street thinks that they do not belong and will get noticed if they are out in public.
