A team of scientist from several different corporations have been hired to reverse engineer alien machines so that the United States can build its own brand of flying saucier. For many decades, the United States and other nations have captured crashed alien crafts. They all have kept these downed alien crafts, a top secret from the world’s population. In the United States, these reverse engineering projects fall under the militaries “Black Box” funding. Not even the top brass in the military know what this “Black Box” funding is for.
Many people say that the US cannot keep secrets and people are just making up stories about UFOs and aliens. These people conveniently forget about secret projects such as the Manhattan Atomic Bomb project, the U-2 Program, the SR-71 Program, and the Stealth fighter and bomber projects. They were all secret “Black Box” projects at one time. In all these cases, the public did not know about them until they had to be tested in public, used in war, shot down over enemy air space, or the President of the United States screwed up in public and mentioned the project. The TR-3B vehicle’s outer coating is reactive to electrical stimulation and can change color, reflectiveness, and radar absorptiveness, thus making the vehicle look like a small aircraft or a flying cylinder–or even tricking radar receivers into falsely detecting a variety of aircraft, no aircraft, or several aircraft at various locations. The TR-3B uses a plasma filled accelerator ring called the ”Magnetic Field Disruptor.” This is a principal used in the development of the Nazi Bell captured at the end of World War II and got away from the US military and landed in Kecksburg, PA. in 1965.
