In this part of the program, witnesses talk about what they have seen in the sky and at UFO crash sites. Soviet pilots talk about air battles between UFOs and Soviet air craft.
Just like the "Men in Black" in the United States, the KGB stopped the discussion of UFOs in the Soviet Union. At the same time, the KGB compiled incidents of UFO sightings. Because of the activity by the Soviets attacking aliens, the aliens attacked Kapstin Yar, blowing up three rockets on their pads, the rocket fuel depot, and did other damage to the base.
The most recent activity at this base suggests that a crashed UFO from Poland was taken to this secret base.
